Just wanted to keep you updated on my progress. I feel amazing: I’ve lost some significant weight and feel much more energetic than ever. Thank you so much for all of your help! The staff has been extremely helpful and accessible this whole time; their support really helped motivate me to improve.
Let me tell you a little more about myself. I used to follow a low-carb eating plan, exercise an hour daily and still not gain any lean muscle mass or lose any body fat. After a month on my HRT program, I’ve burned fat and gained some significant muscle. Most importantly, I’m able to maintain these results. Yo-yo dieting is a thing of the past. I can even chow down on junk food in moderation without worrying about tipping the scale. I’m so happy I don’t have to give up Oreos and potato chips!
Full disclosure: I haven’t quite gotten the hang of the testosterone injections just yet, but I’m certain I will – the results make everything worth it. I haven’t had any trouble with the other injections in my belly fat. Everything has been A-OK.
Let me tell you a story that highlights how HRT has improved my life. Since it’s cold season, everybody is coughing and sneezing up a storm. Although I’ve tried to avoid catching the bug, it finally got me. I was worried I’d be stuck in bed sniffling all day. However, my symptoms aren’t as bad as my friends’ nor have they lasted as long. My immune system seems stronger than ever. I owe it all to HRT.
My only regret about hormone replacement therapy is that I didn’t start sooner. It’s already paying off! I will provide more feedback in the future. I can’t wait to update you guys on my progress.
